I went in at 2:30 on a Tuesday to renew my license. There was zero wait, and I was out in 15 min. I could not have asked for a better DMV experience.

I need to speak with someone at Penn Dot, we are in the military and I’m a PA resident but physically live else where. My license expires and I applied for them to send me a new license, but they only sent a camera card. They said they have “ excellent customer service reps M-F from 8-5”, I called one day at 2 and it said because of a high call volume I would need to call back. Then it kicks you off with no ability to wait on hold. Today I tried to call at 9:30 and it did the same thing. I called several different numbers and it all took me back to the same place. I tried to lodge a complaint, and all it was was 1000 commercials trying to get me to buy things, with hit pound if not interested, so I just started to hit pound and it hung up. It should not be this hard to get a hold someone UPDATE: I was able to find an email on face book and they got back to me immediately. I then received a personal phone call from someone who was able to help me with my situation. They also told me they submitted a ticket for the call i system that has been kicking everyone out. Overall I was very satisfied with their response

I know the joke is slow/no service, but I was in and out in about 10 minutes with everything done witb no fuss.
