Theyre just out for cash and it doesnt matter how they get it. Demand prepaid fees and will not refund...even if transfers are job related? Something should be voted in and changed...new licensees beware. If you have to move your license and have prepaid fees, refunds are not and will not be forthcoming. I hope they at least put it to good use. Avoid prepaying if you can...again, they are nonrefundable even if they are prepayments.

Very unprofessional organization. Filed an ethics complaint against an agent who did not notify us that her client was her brother. They turned it around and tried to make it look like my fault. When you represent a bunch of "professionals", ethics should be of utmost importance. Totally lost credibility.

Ask your Realtor to assist. They should have explained the entire contract to you prior to having you execute it. If you chose to use an attorney instead then again, they should have explained it. If you decided to avoid using a Real Estate advocate to protect your financial interests and go it alone, then I don't know what to say other than get an attorney quickly. Time is of the essence. The $ you may have saved in commission may have cost you. Hurry.

Drive behind GTAR & there is plenty parking there. GTAR is on Kennedy & adjacent on either side of the Block / Building are roads. Drive in either adjacent roads & you will see the parking. Good Luck.
