On 3/6/19, I signed a "As-Is" Contract with a private real estate investment LLC company, and we are to close on my Hillsborough County house on or before 4/5/19. Last night, 3/12/19, I found my house listed on MLS for $54,900 more. Is this allowed?

Ask your Realtor to assist. They should have explained the entire contract to you prior to having you execute it. If you chose to use an attorney instead then again, they should have explained it. If you decided to avoid using a Real Estate advocate to protect your financial interests and go it alone, then I don't know what to say other than get an attorney quickly. Time is of the essence. The $ you may have saved in commission may have cost you. Hurry.
