Hotel is old and rundown and not cleaned well. With that said front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I loved having the big balcony sliding door open and the room was quiet. If the place was cheap enough I'd stay again.

The room was disgusting found a cockroach on steroids it was so big and the sign at the front desk said no hourly rates so I should of known better

The staff were very polite. However the hotel is filthy. The restaurant is filthy. The non smoking rooms reek of cigarette smoke and powerful aerosol to hide the smell. Stains on sheets. Bathroom floor sticky and dirty. The restaurant reeked of cigarette smoke. We were going to get another room the day we arrived, but the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport, so we decided to deal with stench and filth. And then the shuttle was out of service during normal hours when we went to use it. This soured me on Quality Inn and I will never stay in one again.

Call and ask for a discounted rate
Yes, but the free parking is not advised. They have an enclosed paid parking area as well. This is not a great neighborhood and the paid parking would be advised.
