We had a one night stay on our way to San Francisco and it was a nice, reasonably priced room for me, my wife and two kids (8 and 10). It is across the street from the cliff-side ocean and has lovely views. There is a resteraunt right there open 12-8pm. We had dinner there and it was nice though only a cook and one other person doing all of the waiting. There is an RV camp across the street to the left but it was not intrusive at all. The rooms are old and worn but clean and updated enough to provide TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, heater. The beds and pillows are old as well but for one night it was fine. Our kids enjoyed walking around the grounds. There was coffee and danish at the front desk/tiny gift shop in the morning. Grounds weβre quiet after 8PM and room was well insulated from any noise from other rooms.

Amazing place to stay. Went to school with the owners son I found out while talking to him. Really nice gentleman that is well traveled with some extraordinary stories about life. The staff there were really cool and polite, felt like talking with people you have known all your life in a really laid-back environment. Plus the view there was extraordinary. Aside from us watching our tent on the campground across the street whip in the wind like a possessed contortionist hit with holy water during an exorcism π.

We had an amazing stay here! Owner Tim and staff are super friendly. Economy room 119$ a night. Be warned, room is very small. Ideal for a couples romantic weekend getaway. Double bed, no fridge or microwave (no problem for us). Meticulously maintained grounds. We are super appreciative to be able to stay over here for that price. Food was excellent both times ..hot and tasty fish and chips. Allowed me to add grilled chicken to garden salad no problem. We will be back for sure! Sunsets were priceless.

Typical deep fried fare with booze if you want it. Service was not very good, but it was Super Bowl Sunday so maybe she was distracted. It was almost empty though, so not sure why we needed a buzzing coaster to notify us when our shrimp and chips were ready. They tasted like boxed breaded shrimp dipped in Budweiser.

No. The restaurant and bar are closed. It's undergoing renovations.

You need to call the resort directly. It sounds like $80 is the lowest they ever charge, but prices can be higher depending on demand.
Yes, I had fish tacos that was GF.
