Stopped here while traveling to Memphis. Worst CB we have ever stopped at. Only five tables occupied in entire restaurant and took 15 minutes to get water. After ordering still no food 25 minutes later. Had to ask one of two waitress where our food was. She came back after about 7 minutes and delivered it. Lukewarm food. Hash brown casserole was terrible. We have always loved stopping here while traveling. Never again.

Haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in a long time, and it'll probably be a while before we eat at another one. To me, it's somewhere you eat when you're on a road trip lol 🛣 This restaurant was pretty chilly inside. Our server was friendly and accommodating, and our food was OK as well. One weird thing was that we were moved from the spot they sat us, to another across the dining room. Our original server came to us and said someone else would be taking care of us, which was fine, he was good. Shortly thereafter, another family came in and sat close to where we originally were and they didn't have to move. They seemed unorganized, the bathrooms could've used some TLC and there weren't but 2 other guests there when we arrived and left... maybe the locals knew something we didn't?🤔

Food was good. The wait staff that I had was terrible. I had to request lemon for my water 3 times. Had to request silverware once the meal arrived....very slow. Had to request napkins. Service was exceptionally slow and disconnected. Once a request was made, I did not see the waitress for a while.. it was almost getting comical. The table next to me offered me a spoon so I could eat and not have my meal sitting there getting cold.. The fish fry daily special was sold out! Had not eaten at Cracker Barrel in a while and don't see a reason going forward to do so in the future. Totally not acceptable!!! Cracker Barrel has become a family restaurant that wants to be Sports Bar with No TVs.

Had a good meal, service was a little off. Was ask if I wanted a to go drink, I said yes. Ten minutes later still hadn't seen waiter, so I tapped out. Overall good experience tho.
