They charge $40 to set up your new phone. A real Verizon store will do it for free or you can do it yourself. They charged $25 for a Sim card! Sim cards are always free from Verizon. Go to a real Verizon store, the sign makes it look like they are, but they aren't. Or just buy it online.

The manager doesn't know much about the product he is selling. He doesn't understand that a sim card made for 4G doesn't work for new 5G phones....and then tried to price gouge. Don't go to this store. Drive the few extra miles to a store that knows what they are doing!

I am not one to write reviews but I had a superior experience with customer service at this store this past week and had to rave about it after reading some of the negative ones. First of all there were two young men working when my 16 year old daughter and I arrived. They greeted us at the door and told us it may be a few minutes as they were working with other customers. One of the young men was explaining very patiently to an elderly gentleman how to work his new phone. He was was sweet and went over the same things many times with the man. He was very good natured and told the gentleman to call anytime if he was having any problems and he would walk him thru it over the phone if he could or stop back in. Then it was our turn. I am embarrassed to say I forgot my passwords but that didn't deter the salesman from helping us and resetting my phone for me. He also in detail answered all questions about the charges for my daughter's new phone and how it was added onto my plan. He spoke directly to my daughter and asked her about school, etc. He reviewed the paperwork and again told me the next month's bill will be higher due to the add ons and such and if there is something that doesn't look right to let them know and they'll make it right. All the while we were in there both of the salesmen were smiling and laughing and trying their best to make it a pleasant experience. I would totally recommend this store and these guys.
