Kind and accommodating staff. Rooms need to refreshed and cleaned better. There a scent in the rooms. Also the air-conditioning units needs new filters, all kinds of dust build up. Elevator sounds as if it's going to breakdown any day now.

We live about an hour away. Our electricity had been off for two days due to a tornado coming through our area. We stayed home the first night. We stayed at a local motel the second night. We were hopeful that our power would be back on day three, and we discovered it was not. There were no local rooms available. We found accommodations in New Albany, MS at the Hampton Inn. The bed was so comfortable! The pillows were fluffy and just the right firmness. Everything was great. Check in and out was a breeze. They had a wonderful breakfast with waffles, potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, a variety of cereal, grits, fruit, fruit juices, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, and assorted hot tea. The wonderful thing about our stay was the price was only $20 more than the previous night at a not-so-great motel closer to our home. We were able to do some sight seeing while there. We look forward to going back. Hampton Inn never disappoints!

Staying here was and awesome experience. I was greeted with a smile every time I walked through. I was able to enjoy my relaxation in comfort. Allison at the front counter was awesome and very friendly. I would stay here again every time I come to town.
