My dissatisfaction comes from receiving hot (spicy) chicken when we DID NOT request/order it. We ordered a mix of crispy and original , at NO POINT did we say we wanted spicy anything! My mother worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken in Memphis Tennessee across from the old sears back in the 70’s so much has changed since those years.

Manager needs to keep employees better stocked. Not enough supplies for a whole days work, came up at 9pm - one hour before closing - no chicken for the chicken sandwich nor the famous bowl. Not mad at the employees for this bc it's out of their hands.
