Absolutely horrible!!! Apt time 3pm got here about 2:45 sent me right to the door. Been sitting here for over 3 hours and just now got a red light, my reefer is just screaming!!! They have flyers at the check in window that says your wait time could be 4 hours from apt time and to not go in the office wait for a phone call for your paperwork. 5 trucks on this WHOLE wall and still waiting. It is walmart but still .......... it's now 7:27pm have had a green light for almost an hour still no paperwork

Everything was good except this place is a cell phone dead zone and you can expect to be able to contact drivers unless the community upgrades or Walmart makes their wifi more powerful.

Took me early. Only had 5 pallets to take off my trailer and took 4 1/2 hours to get paperwork. They said the unloader was new. But chose to go to lunch instead of bringing the paperwork to office. Pretty sad. But the security and the woman in the office was very nice

Got me unloading before my appointment time, good please. People talk nonsense. Appointment was at 18:30 but took at 15:38 and out at 16:49 Don’t use truck gps to this address, use your phone, exit 60 not 64. Good luck

They have the walmart standard you can come in up to an hour early and can't be more than a hour late or u have to reschedule at least that's been my experience with them and I haul primarily produce to them
