Late night munchies and a 2 hour drive ahead of me so I stop by to get a couple of tacos and a drink. I waited about 10 minutes before going to the drive through where at least 5 cars went through while I was waiting. As I pulled up waiting to place my order a guy says sorry we are closed. What closed 4 hours early with all the lights on??? Strange, so I left empty handed and hungry...

The worst sourdough jack I have ever had. I dont even think the bread was sourdough, barely toasted and cold. The fries were raw. The gentleman at the drive through window was very polite, wont be going here any more.

Let me just say Jesse and the ladies in the back did great. But that was 1 man during the lunch rush for drive through and lobby. Offer better pay and get more staff. Also, this restaurant has a conference room where I could see managers ignoring the store being on fire

Cashier was very hard to hear she spoke very softly to the point where i honestly did not hear a word she said at all, i ordered a soda with no ice, it came with ice, i ordered a chicken and tater melt and this is what i got 3 layers of unmelted cheese, and no hasbrown. Maybe she said they were out of hashbrowns i wouldnt know since I couldnt hear a word she said thru the intercom or even at the window.
