I give this jack in the box 3 stars because for some reason when I ask for my tacos extra crispy you have to leave them in the oil for like a minute longer and I even tell them if they can do that for me and they always tell me yes they can and every time they give me the tacos they are not crispy at all I don't get why they can't make the tacos crispy for me it's the most simplest thing and I know it is because I use to work at jack in the box and I use to run grill other than that everything else is good over at this place .
