I called Smart Delivery out of desperation when I couldn't find anyone else to pick up and deliver a package to my client. Smart Delivery answered the phone (shocking), listened carefully, took all the info, gave me a quote, assured me they could do what wanted, and then they just did it! Exactly as promised.
