Mr Hunter General Manager gave me a incredible rate! He also managed to help with the air conditioning when it wasn't working he assured me I would have a wonderful stay thank you for helping every way possible to meet my needs. The breakfast was delicious believe her name was Mrs Katylin very sweet outgoing kept everything stocked made it feel as if I was home. Will be back for more stays in the future .

Ok, this was hard to review and rate. The room was awesome and so was the hotel. I callee to see if there were rooms and he told me $120 for a double queen and only 2 available. But then I went online and paid $79 and there were several rooms. Got there and the place looks great. But we walked into the room and there was a paper slid under the door saying the water was out. How can you as a hotel take on new customers if you have a water outage. Then the elevator sounded like if was going to fall apart. Last there was no remote in the room. If they didn't have the water outage it would have been great.

I must say the rooms didn’t look like online but the stay was awesome! We got in early and was EXTREMELY exhausted from the 8 hour drive. I spoke with Hunter prior to my stay and a few times while on the way.. Hunter and staff let us check in early and made accommodations for us to keep us pleased. Provided excellent customer service. I must say he made my stay great very pleasant! Thank you Hunter and best western you have a great staff!!

I must admit that I was leery of booking this reservation since this is rated a 2 star hotel. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, neat and materially in great condition. The room was very clean and comfortable and all the furnishings were in in great shape. Breakfast was above average. Hunter was very courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. What a pleasure to see that the management and staff actually take great pride in their hotel and the services they offer! If I’m traveling thru Mississippi on I-22 and need a place to spend the night, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
