The service is absolutely terrible, they probably have one or two good employees and i have no clue if they even work there anymore. If you want to eat your food with any sort of semblance of peace of mind, just use the drive thru. The inside of this place is disgusting. Even then, there’s a good chance your food won’t be made correctly or come out gross.

This is the driest McGriddle i’ve ever ate!! Disgusting. I will never eat breakfast from here again.

Waited over 30 min for 2 -6 piece nuggets. The first person just completely ignored me, the second I finally made eye contact with just yelled go use the kiosk- when I tried to explain I already had she just turned back away. Finally, a young man engaged and helped us to get our order. It was incredibly disorganized. To top it off, during our dining we had to listen to conversations including discriminating comments calling someone an Asian and it just deteriorated from there.

I have never actually made a complaint but I had to go out of my way to share how gross this place is. The bathroom had boogers all over the walls that where crusty, one of the dirtiest bathrooms I have seen. All the credit card machines and touch screen order menus where extremely dirty. Everything else even the door to get in was nasty. Anything that looked like it was wiped down in the past week was obviously wiped with a dirty rag. Really sad. It's as simple as the manager requesting a employee to do the right job and clean up. This is definitely a leadership issue. I would be furious if I was the owner.
