Claiborne’s went above and beyond when addressing a delivery issue that happened and I wanted to take a moment to just say that mistakes happen, but they truly provided outstanding customer service completely owning and fixing the mistake. THIS is what it’s all about! Absolutely will be ordering from them again and cannot say, “Thank You!” enough. I reached out to Claiborne's Florist with a unique request---make a flower crown for a baby shower. I sent them some photos and notes for inspiration, and they took it from there. The crown was ready on time, absolutely gorgeous, the mom-to-be loved it, and best of all, they were willing to work with my budget. So happy I chose Claiborne's Florist!
