We stayed here only for a day it was more like break for 6 hours drive since we had a baby. The night we reached there the front desk were not really welcoming. I asked them if they had half and half and they mentioned they were out of creamer but the next day morning I noticed there was creamer it was right next to the coffee ( I did notice that creamer flask previous night but wasnβt sure if it was fresh or old one). When I took the coffee it was hot so I should have checked but I thought itβs better to ask them and it ended up like having black coffee. I wish I had simply opened the creamer container π instead of asking them for help. The 3 star is only because of the next day that day the person in front desk was really great. She was very nice and friendly. She was ready to giver her fullest to help anyone. She was helping each and everyone even she helped out in breakfast area as well

Excellent location! Near shopping and multiple restaurants! Visited this location for the TNSEA conference and all the staff was fantastic! Very clean and bright facility!

Before we left to head to the hotel, we called to see if we can get early check-in at 3pm and they stated yes. When we arrived, we asked the front office staff for dinner recommendations, and she suggested Uncle Bud's, seafood - it was so delicious. Loved the free breakfast each morning especially the spinach quiche. Breakfast is a decent spread with hot and cold food like cereal and yogurt. The hotel was clean (expect for people leaving trash by the elevator but was cleaned up) and all the staff was nice and ready to accommodate or answer questions. One thing, I wish at check-in they would have told us that housekeeping does not come to refresh the room every day β every seven days. It was all good, we asked for clean towels and they were provided with a smile. The hotel is surrounded by many shopping centers, grocery stores and places to eat - all within a five minutes. Also, Mt. Juliet is about 25 minutes away from downtown Nashville and Opry Mills. I would stay again.

To my mind, this is the perfect hotel. Beautiful large rooms, perfect handy location right next to the freeway (but no discernible freeway noise), surrounded by great food and any kind of creature comfort you might need or want. Great service. One small glitch was in the early morning when I went out the back door to my car and couldn't get back in with my key. I had to walk around to the front. Not tragic but annoying. The night clerk said it might be because the battery in the sensor thingie had run down. On the other hand I might not have been waving my magic key properly. Don't you love how technology has made all our lives so much easier?? Otherwise it was a great stay. Quiet, wifi actually worked perfectly, nice gym, absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff were very nice and helpful.
