Attempted to call about the hours their beach is open and no one answered. I tried two more times a still no answer. They don’t have a website dedicated to information about their swim spot and going to the website only gave me the option to get a campsite. This should be set up better.

Park and Beach open year around. There is fee in season (late spring to late summer). Have made some repairs to the beach wall. Volleyball court, playground, picnic sites make it a good place to bring family. Boat ramp available for launching year round. Many shore fishing. Public restrooms available in season.

This is a COE park which means it is close to nature and a cheap place to stay. The sites are generously spread apart with a ton of green space. About half the sites have a water view. The majority is well shaded. There is also a beach to go to. Electric and water only with a dump station. This is a great place to relax and take some quiet time. Go see the blue heron or the roads nearby that are full of deer to see. We plan to back.

Very nice place to chill out in the summer or winter! Very well kept! Has playground, volleyball, beach area, bathroom house and pavilion.

They have a great swim area with a playground a beach picnic tables and a bout ramp with a fishing dock. Its so pretty and fun. But swim at your own risk.
No it isn't. I wish it was. It's beautiful 😍 and peaceful as can be. Best hosts around as well. 😀
You can swim here all year long, and my family has been there to swim in the evening under the moonlight with no issues so you should be fine to stay for fireworks.
