I have to say that the first time we saw our apartment it didnt look to bad but after staying their for a few months and we expirenced many problems during our stay. First of all the first month of our stay at our apartment the microwave handle broke and we called the maintenence but they didnt arrive until we called them the second time. The first momment when we first arrived here their was a cleaning lady that was cleaning the apartment . But we then relized once my husband took a closer look of how she was cleaning we relized that she was not cleaning the apartment properyly and left many scraps and left part of the apartment ubcleaned as she just left after my husband told her what she didnt clean. But most importantly the buggest problem we've been facing here is that the door of our apartment has problems. It will not open of first command even after putting the right code and dverything. We believe that the door is jammed. But the maintenence could not care less . Overall our stay here has been terrible.

This place is amazing - My husband and I moved in two months ago and we have been extremely satisfied. Everyone in the office is amazing and the maintenance team is superb. Our questions are answered in a timely manner and the few maintenance requests we have had were taken care of right away. Corrine, Jonathan, and Johnny are extremely professional and so courteous. The grounds are well maintained and the entire complex is beautiful. You will be so happy you moved here.

I've been at this complex for a few months now and have had a great experience so far. There were a few minor work orders I had to put in upon move-in and it did take a few weeks for them to get to me- they were understaffed at that time which I'm very understanding of in light of current events. However, when they did get to me, I was very pleased with the work. Johnnie, on maintanence staff, was very professional, knowledgeable and resolved every issue. He replaced my microwave, fixed my ice maker, and fixed a bathtub drain. He had to order a part for one of the repairs and said he would return to finish the job. As soon as the part arrived, he returned to finish the job as promised. The grounds are well cared for and any issue I brought to the leasing office with key card, or needing a key to my storage closet has been resolved quickly. So far, my son and I are enjoying living here.
