Back of house -- Bernie for help with the car, Ana for communicating with me when I was looking for inventory -- were really great. Sales team across the board was awful. At no point in the experience did I feel I was having an authentic conversation with someone. Everyone was too busy or too apathetic. After agreeing on numbers and starting the paperwork, I wouldn't get communication that matched reality in terms of how long it would take, who would help me, what was left to get done... Low working knowledge of the vehicles (I shouldn't correct the sales person on stats about the vehicle), I felt handed off and rushed whenever they spoke to me, felt they were not being honest with me about expectations and timelines to the point of feeling insulted, had to repeatedly follow up to get even basic information, wouldn't give me straight answers. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for 3 hours after I arrived that I would have been able to still make if they would have talked to me for more than 30 seconds as they walked by when I was waiting to get the car (having already paid and signed the contract) but wouldn't stop as they walked by. Instead they would keep saying "ten more minutes" for well over an hour. When I returned with a check to complete my down payment, I was left waiting for nearly 10 minutes just to get someone to hand it off to. This being the largest financial decision I've made in my life and one that took financial planning, I don't feel I should have to call over several people to get one of them to actually talk to the person I need to get the check to. I would be upset if I was handled so disrespectfully and thoughtlessly by a grocery shelf stocker showing me where the milk was, so to be made to feel like they had other places to be when I'm evaluating a multi-thousand dollar financial decision made me really angry. I shouldn't have to ask someone multiple times just to confirm they've done something they said they would do or to remind them to do it.

No words can express of how good of a service I received . The salesmen Oscar was absolutely amazing . Not only he shown amazing service to me, but his energy and personality was everything you can ask in a salesman ! Energetic , professional, nice, and most of all honest. He wasn’t one like other sales men that were pushy, nah he was awesome !You can tell he loves his job & I can see why. My 1st oil change left a very bad impression for me. It took over 3 hours and the service rep wasn't pro-active and forthright in explaining what the issue was. (Computers were down) In addition, after 2 hours went by and I went to check on the progress, the service rep looked up and said, "I will call you when your vehicle is ready". Okay.. a VERY poor professional response. This dealership is the closest to me, but any service I need in the future will be done at another dealership.

Ask for mario the general store manager and tell him Julio Palma referred you. You might need to put a deposit but he will walk you through the process.

Since your car is 7 years old it will be much cheaper if you continue to drive South to the Ecology or LQK pick your own part junkyards.
