Booked an appointment for both service and to see some cars with a salesman for a lease trade in. Salesman never showed and tech said i went over the odometer and can't service my leased vehicle, wasted 20-30 min, offered a 10 dollar discount. It was a waste of time.

We have always received great customer service when purchasing vehicles or car maintenance. We recently had our car serviced and Tony was great. He was very thorough when explaining.

Best dealer for service hands down! I’ve gone to many dealers over the years with my ‘17 Mustang GT and it always takes forever for them to get back to me with a responses or updates. I’m from LA temporary working in SD, unfortunately one morning my car didn’t want to start up and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I called up the service department and Patrick told me to bring it by and kept me updated throughout the whole process, I knew my car was at the right spot. Thank you Patrick and the Service tech here at Perry Ford!

Excellent experience!!!! I highly recommend Perry Ford Dealership of National City! If I could give 100 stars I would. My experience with this dealership has been outstanding from start to finish! From the time I walked in the front door, I felt like there was an entire team of people that cared about my car needs and wants! Rolando my sales guy was amazing, very friendly and funny, he made sure to keep my son and I thoroughly entertained during the long car buying process! Adam the Manager was outstanding to work with, I had a few bumps along the road with my old vehicle I had brought to trade in, Adam made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do in order to end my previous lease, he was extremely tentative to the situation with my previous lease and guided me through the process, making sure I walked out of there with my new, beautiful Ford Edge! There is one more person who truly helped make my experience as amazing as it was and his name is Ali, he negotiated with the banks getting me an AMAZING finance deal, then returned on Monday and negotiated more, landing me with an even BETTER deal!!!!! Ali provided me with great customer service and never gave up on getting me the best possible finance option, he also made the paperwork process go as smooth as ever! I am completely blown away by how terrific my car buying experience went with the team at Perry Ford of National City! The car buying process can be long and dreadful, not at Perry Ford of National City though, I can’t wait to go back in two years when it is time to get my son his first car! I highly recommend Perry Ford of National City if you want the best car buying experience! Edited to add: Another outstanding experience with Perry Ford of National City!! I had to take my Edge in for some body work that was noted at the time of sale. Dario was the one to help me out with getting the appointment set up. Dario was very consistent and courteous, he made sure My vehicle was well taken care of! He even made sure I was set up with a loaner vehicle during the timeframe of the repairs. He kept me in the loop and up to date the entire process!! Thank you so much Dario and the team at Perry Ford of National City! You guys really made this entire car buying experience smooth and enjoyable!!!
