Walked in and they customer service was poor very poor and they wasn't so friendly with me asking questions or when I asked questions about prices and sizes the Hispanic girl buts in and says they are on the tags even though I didn't have my glasses on me but they was the same 2 females who was foot size experts when it came to my return for a better sizing of the shoe like I couldn't bring them back or they word was better then how my foot felt inside the shoe I'll never return but the customers that came after me they got awesome customer service yeah I came in about 7pm with my son and didn't spend any money on cross for him bc they attitude was out the door for me no thanks

Excellent customer service. Employee went above and beyond to help me find right color, style and size. He remembered a pair he had in the back and thought I'd like them so he went the extra mile. I ended up loving them AND they were on sale for $20!
