I contacted them to repair a wine cooler and was informed that I'd need to pay $119 if I wouldn't fix it with them. After checking the wine cooler, they realized that a sealed system diagnostic is required to determine the issue causing the cooling problem, and the cost would be $259 just for the diagnostic; she didn't know the price to repair it; probably expensive. Resuming, I paid $119, and I didn't have diagnostics. I don't recommend it.

He wanted to charge $495 to replace a spark igniter on a gas dryer citing large parts cost.I looked around and a new igniter cost between $14.95 and $36.00 we payed the $119 service call and sent him packing

The business scheduled a repair for the day after my non-emergency call. The repairman arrived at the beginning of the scheduled 2-hour window, quickly diagnosed the problem, told me the cost of repair, quickly completed the repair and left the kitchen and the rest of the house as clean and neat as he found it. Mr. Appliance is the business I will call if I need an appliance repaired in the future.
