It's a fast food place, so don't expect perfection. That being said, this is the steak n shake closest to me and I order here almost daily. My order is kind of specific but the staff here continuously make me feel welcome and are always willing to accommodate. I think they have debates about the color of my car. Just make sure that if you get delivery from here to ask the driver to remind them about straws lol

Love the service but the poor cook always working so hard to be honest that cook needs a raise God bless the cook.
