Office 365 or Gmail alone do not have the necessary security built in that we / our clients require. They are solid email hosting platforms but need additional security to keep your users / company safe. For this we use an Enterprise class Email Security system that ties right in to Office 365 and Gmail to scan all incoming and outgoing email for malicious content, Archiving of all email and encrypted email for sending sensitive information over email. In addition to this neither Office 365 or Gmail back up your data – you need a third party to back this important data up. Our clients really value this part of our Managed Services and is included in our standard offering.
