Service was quick a little less than 2hrs w/ an appointment & I went right around opening. Taking a star off because they do not provide a lyft service for an oil change, when I’ve been to other dealers who provide it as long as it’s a 10mi radius. Luckily the service was quick because if it had been more than 2hrs I def could have made better use of my time.

I had a situation where I needed a car ASAP a few months ago and had a friend who recommended Frank Toyota. The employees here were all SO amazing! I have poor credit due to my situation, and they were able to place me in a beautiful jeep quickly (legit SAME day) with a reasonable monthly car payment and not an insane down payment. My new jeep is great and everyone made the process so amazing. Furthermore, as a woman, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of here of screwed over. They really explained everything and really gave me the best deal possible. Thank you all for your help!

Very good service. I was a good half hour early for my appointment, and yet met right away. They performed the services well and noticed a handful of things that they recommended I take care of. Yet, There was no pressure to get it done right away.
