I had a very pleasant, honest experience with the salesperson "AC", and the finance person Sasha. I haven't needed their service yet. But their customer service coordinator (Adriana) is fast in responding to inquiries. And I should mention that their sales contact people, Ron and especially Melissa, were very good about keeping in touch while I was waiting for a hard-to-find vehicle to become available.

Best Hyundai dealership I’ve worked with in all of SoCal. The entire staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful me. They price their cars very fairly, even considering the current supply shortages that we are facing. Also with this shortage, it has been hard to find a dealer as honest and transparent about pricing and the overall car buying process as Frank Hyundai. They are also super efficient with paperwork, taking much less time than other dealerships I have worked with before. The sales manager Mark Moore and salesperson Esteban Perez have always done a great job of taking care of us.
