Not sure where the real manager was today..had a eight thirty appointment for a progesterone test to see if my dog was ready for her C-section and they completely turned me away for a possible other C-section emergency . My other dog sounded like she was in labor and there wasn't even one other person there. Horrible service.

My fiancé and I took our 6 month old kitten to Dr. O’Donnell and they were amazing! So good with him and super friendly with us! Paige the vet tech was awesome! Great first time experience! Will be taking the rest of our fur family here from now on!☺️

So I had to cancel my dogs appointment last week and I called to reschedule with no issues. Here we are today a day before her new appointment and Village calls me to tell me I owe a 35 dollar no show fee. Now I would have no problem paying it if someone from Village had told me prior about the policy. Policies are made to be aware of from your very first visit not more than a year later. I politely explained I wouldn't be paying a 35 dollar fee as I was not told about it and the response I got was "Well you have never missed a visit" my response back was "that's the problem you dont get to tell people about the fee after they miss an appointment you're supposed to tell them before so everyone is aware beforehand" I let them choose if they wanted to keep my dogs appointment or lose 250 dollars over 35 dollar fee that I was NEVER told about. Now I own a business. Good business to a loyal customer would have been to waive this fee the 1 time since I'm now aware of the fee but they chose to take a negative review (HAPPILY) and lose 250 dollars over a 35 dollar fee. That is not very good business on their behalf. I won't be going bk. Nor will anyone from the kennel club my friends and I get our dogs from.

I've called this business a few times a day for the past week to see if they are excepting new patients, and no one has answered the phone. I'm glad I had this experience before I committed to bringing my animal there.
