Had trailer tires mounted and balanced. They used the wrong tire weights. I ended up taking it Tire Factory to have it done right. This also cost me another $100. Tire Factory said that they weren't even balanced properly.. Not impressed..

I got new tires. It took them 20 mins just to figure how I could pay for them. Even though the price was on them. Plus I had to show them where the tires were because they couldn't find them. Once all that was figured out they said it would be 3 hours. I dropped my truck off at 1:57pm. I was getting worried because it was close to closing time so I went over to see how it was going. It was around 7 when I showed up. I didn't get my truck back until 8:04pm. In that hour that I was sitting there, I watched them balance one tire for 30 minutes. 5 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to put new tires on. I wouldn't recommend having them put your tires on. You can buy them there but just do it yourself or find somewhere else.

Great service by the crew. Wait time was a bit long but understandable as they squeezed me in for my tire service. My drive home was smooth and I'm very grateful for the time they took to settle my tire issue.

Told me replacing tires would take an hour. I was there early in the morning, no cars in front of me, and it still took them 2 hours for a job that can be done with half an hour in other places. Honestly, never again.
