I've NEVER had to return an item at Big lots, but I bought a sheet set that had defects in the pattern and they gave me my money, back NO PROBLEM...most things there are reasonably priced, but they usually have only ONE cashier, probably because they don't usually seem to be very busy. They kind of remind me if a smaller Kmart, which i miss for smaller ticket items, so it's nice to have them close by!
