As a United States Veteran....you Molest the same rights I fought to Protect in the Armed Forces. You claim to enforce Muzzle wear because you receive Federal money and the TSA demands it. I, We pay taxes to the Federal govenrment and you require us to pay you upfront for you service as you recieve our tax money on the backend. Your service is Awesome, but your hippocrisy and lack of understanding concerning the concept of corruption has left me with no choice but to give you One Star.

Most drivers are great, except one, and he’ll remain nameless.

Rely on BFT and Night Service. Most of the bus drivers are decent but I wish they would wait till all buses were at the station (even just a few minutes). Really irks me when I get to the station in Richland, late by one minute and the 120 has already left for Kennewick.

I have been riding the bus since my car broke down for a week now. I have been yelled at by the bus drivers for asking a question, I've studied the book that tells you the routes, I get out there on time but there always late. The bus drivers are very unfriendly, I've yet to encounter a nice one. There energy is just cold. The scheduled hours that the bus runs on is ridiculous every hour in the morning until the afternoon, It really puts a damper on when your trying to get somewhere and you have to miss the bus waiting for another half hour, all in all, My experience so far on the BFT, has been a total nightmare.

Yes, 65 and over. If a senior goes to the customer service center at the 3 Rivers Transit Center (7109 W Okanagan), BFT will issue them a permanent pass with their picture.
