If it wasn't for Dr Farmer and lack of special needs drs elsewhere I'd go somewhere else. I used to call LISH our safety net, our comfort zone in a difficult world of special needs. They implement a call center which took away from the person on the phone knowing us. Half the people aren't even in the U.S. I dread calling, it's like pulling teeth to get information. The office is now so clinical, like a factory assembly, in and out. No greetings with a smile, no how's this or that then sit in waiting area, no personality or personal experience. My only comfort is Dr Farmer. It's disgusting and sad this place has become an assembly line. Shame on you LISH for the now unwelcoming experiences in an already broken unsupportive system. You stood above everything special need patients and families experienced in the roken system world now you contribute to it.

please don't go here, they don't know how to do their job. Your better off getting help from a doctor who had a stroke and forgot about his last 20 years of experience and his time in med school.

GOOD LUCK trying to get someone to answer the phone! I called 3 times to make an appointment, and after waiting on hold for 7 minutes (the last time), a woman FINALLY answered and asked me to hold. KICK ROCKS, LISH!!!!!
