Only thing I find very strange is that when you move, you need an entirely different online account to pay bill online for the new address. That seems nonsensical to me and has caused a lot of headache over forgotten passwords and usernames. I am a forgetful person though.

Long hold times, rude agents, and they hang up on you, also, they will not take payments over the phone. Private sector power companies are far superior.

After waiting 10+ minutes on hold over the phone, I was only able to give my account number when my call got hung up. I waited a few minutes but did not get a call back. I called back but after 15 minutes on hold to talk to someone is unacceptable. I have talked to them in the past they are a Friendly staff but the hold on the phone is way too long. . A few more staff members would be great.
