I've been here twice.The first time was about a month ago. It was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Based on that delightful experience, I decided to go back this past Sunday. It was like a completely different restaurant. The food was terrible. I sent several friends here too, b/c I was so impressed with the place, I'm kind of embarrassed to ask them how it was? This place is very inconsistent. I ordered the exact same thing both times, too. A BBQ Burger, & Chili Cheese Fries. Definitely a once-a-week "Cheat Meal", kind of thing. The first time, the burger was perfectly seasoned, & the BBQ was very smoky & deliciously flavorful. The fries were very crispy, underneath excellent Chili, & cheese. The second time almost none of that was the case. The burger had no flavor at all! It was almost as if they had forgotten to solve the patty. Another strange thing was that the hamburger was in little bitty pieces for some reason... Strange. No smoke flavor in the pork, whatsoever. Also the fries very very soggy, & the chili was good tho. That was about it. I've never had such a decrease in quality from one visit to the next at a restaurant before... Not sure what to make of it?

I have never been here before and was pleasantly surprised. I got the BBQ burger and fries. No combo options, you order individual items. Kids drinks were free which was a plus. Burger was good and the fries were a mix of Freddy's shoe strings and 5 guys natural cuts which turned out to be really good. A little heavier on the salt but not overbearing. If we are in the area again, I'd go back.

Spoiler alert- Burger King is better. Ordered to go because the staff seemed thoroughly annoyed by us being there (4 hours before closing) but that frankly didn’t help. Over charged (I.e., ordered double cheeseburger with bacon and there was one patty, one slice of cheese that was stuck only to the wrapper and no bacon), fries were awful- soggy even when I consumed one as soon as we got the order. Ordered shakes and had to ask for them once food was given to us. For those in the group with two chicken sandwiches they said they were off…. And then noticed it was undercooked. We had family in town and were excited to show them what we heard is a great spot. Will literally never even attempt this place again- any location- and threw part of the food out. Save yourself the time, money and food poisoning.

Great fast food. It’s cheap good quality and it’s somewhat local. Recommend BBQ hamburger, which is pictured. Clean environment and friendly staff.
