Rude office employees, no consistency in schedule.They don’t answer emails and when you leave notes for the driver, they are ignored. They refuse to come and pick up my empties so that I can see how much is owed after being credited for the jug deposits. I would offer 0 stars if I could. I don’t recommend anyone deal with them EVER. It’s sad, because they used to be okay but really never great.

Once again I am having issues-delivery is sporadic, if at all. I received 1/2 of my deliver in August. I had to call to get the rest of the delivery. They charged me a fuel surcharge for their error. They also charge me for a full delivery I did not receive. I have emailed and called. I was told the manager would call me back on 9/8 and I have not heard anything. I have to fight to get my money back that they took out of my account through auto pay. I still have not received my delivery for September. It is over a week late. At this point I am cancelling with this company and finding another service. I have filed a claim with the BBB. I do not recommend this company at all. Very disappointing because I have used them for years. I have contacted them every month for the past 6 months to rectify the past due amount they claim I owe on on my statement. I have sent them the evidence to prove I made all payments. They checked their records and they still have failed to remove the past due amount on my statement and continue to charge me a fee for the past due amount.

This place was really great in the beginning. It went downhill pretty quick. Water was never delivered when it was supposed to be I was also getting billed twice for the same delivery. They don’t return phone calls! I finally called it quits with them and went with a new company. When they were supposed to come and pick up the jugs the driver was dropping off more jugs after they weren’t supposed to. Luckily I was home to tell him. Update 7/4/2022 I canceled my service back in November and eight jugs were picked up to this date I still have not received a refund for those eight jugs and the most recent time I called they told me only five jugs were picked up. I do have security cameras and unfortunately the footage is too old so I am unable to prove that. I can’t believe this company is still in business I am so frustrated with all the phone calls and no results! Do not use this company I repeat do not use this company! There are plenty of other water delivery companies out there!

We have been customers for many years starting back when a very local man owned the company and then sold it to the MA group. Our drivers are always courteous and bring the jugs right where we would like them, the water is fresh and enjoyable. Sadly, there has been a lot of recent (2 yrs) issues with deliveries and the website for payment is a disaster. I understand costs are rising but we have been being charges fuel service costs for years, all prior to the recent gas increases and the costs of the water has jumped from $5 a jug to now 8.95 in a very short time, $1.99 a gallon. One has to wonder if this is truly necessary.
