Just awful, they give you a calendar with the day that you are supposed to get water delivery and good luck with that happening. I am moving out of state and had one bottle left to return they didn't show up on the schedule date for water exchange and when I called the next day I was told that a supervisor would call me to coordinate a date when they would come to pick up the bottle. Their driver showed up the next day and of course no one was available to give him the bottle. I called to find out what was going on and all I was told was that if someone came to pick up the last bottle they would charge a delivery charge, I explained that it was not my fault that the driver showed up without a warning, all I was told was basically that the bottle deposit is seven dollars and the delivery would be three dollars which translated to it's only so much money why bother? WHY BOTHER?? It may only be a few dollars but the dismissive attitude, the bad costumer service makes those few dollars mean more. Don't use them they are not worth the aggravation.

The elevator in my so called luxury building was knocked out of service by a rain storm. It's been down for a few weeks already. My delivery driver Terrance actually called me from the lobby to tell me the elevator was out. I was going to have him leave the bottles in the garage but he volunteered to walk up 6 flights of stairs TWICE to bring me my water. He is the best service employee I have seen in a long time. He is definitely someone who enjoys his job and has a great attitude which is rare these days. I recommend WATER BOY to anyone who needs a water delivery service. They are the best!

When my former water delivery company started to really mess up Water Boy was quick to the rescue..the office personnel is professional,friendly, and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions I might have. The driver is always sure to leave our bottles where it's convenient for us.
