Pulled in at 10:30 and hit submit for breakfast and it said I missed it. Tried to leave the parking lot and they don’t have a way out other than the drive through. Took 20 minutes for me to leave. I won’t be back to this awful location.

It’s Chick-fil-A! But…this is the busiest one I’ve EVER been to (and I’m a reward member) 😂. Just letting you know to be prepared to wait 30mins during peak lunch and dinner hours for your food. The line moves but they have it where it can wrap around the building twice lmao!

I am getting fed up with this location. I have NEVER had an issue with chick fil a before until I came to Nashville. It has only been 1 person at this location that has messed up my order because he wasn’t paying any attention whatsoever to what I was trying to order. Mr. Cody has messed up 4 orders whenever I’ve came to him. He is not nice at all & he doesn’t pay any attention to what your telling him you want to order. Chick fil a needs to get their team under control & do something about this. This doesn’t make them look good at all.

Horrible customer service! I place my order, in which it was repeated back to me. After leaving I realized an extra item was added to my order even though it was not included when my order was repeated back to me. I called and spoke with the manger and offered to bring back the item in exchange for my money back. With such a condescending tone she said “No you can’t because you paid through the app.” Which is crazy to me because this app is so heavily prompted! She offered to add a free side to the app which would have been fine if I did not offer to the bring back the extremely cold food that had obviously been made quite some time ago for my money back.
