Tried to order from several parking spots, no one would answer. Tried the drive-thru, still no answer. For me, this was the worst experience I've had at a Sonic. Thankfully, I don't live near this location.

Person taking order was rude, instead of just saying I can't hear you over mowers, she gave attitude after I asked to hold on 3 times while I tried to figure out what I wanted and kept asking me to repeat myself while I was ordering. Finally after the 4th time repeating myself I asked if she could hear me, she said no. Her tone and attitude toward me was ridiculous and uncalled for. And it wasn't busy, I was the only person in the line.

Mediocre. Depending on who's working and hired, depends on quality on service and food. Typically, I love sonic. One of few or less than 3 fast food places I will eat at. This location has lots of inconsistently.

One Life

OK so over all food was as expected. Hot.fresh but the lady taking orders was rude. Kept saying she couldn't hear me but was entering the meal ordered correctly. It was frustrating . One order was brought out I had to regretfully call back because out of the two meals one didn't have fries. She said she couldn't hear again. I repeated at the problem. She never responded or apologized for the mistake. Yet the car hop did come bring them and apologized. Customer services is mandatory and the order taker was just RUDE
