This place either needs new management or to be shut down. My mom had placed an order on the app and when they never came, she went through the drive thru. She was greeted by the man pictured and told that t ave her order and that they were closed. She showed him her payment on her phone. He said that they closed at 10, but it wasn’t 10 yet. Then he said he threw her items away. She asked for a refund or at least a receipt so she can come back later. Once she said that she would be speaking to corporate, he slammed the door and locked it. He refused to come back to the window.

Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve waited here at least three different times for 10+ minutes. Intercom was broken this evening and waited forever only to find out they were out of ice cream. No sign, just wait in line to find out. Good luck. Management, you have some serious work to do at this location.

They are open but hey don’t have what you want. Did I mention that the drive through speaker doesn’t work? So, after you have sat there for and waited for a long time you get by p the window and they don’t have milk shakes or slushies or onion rings…. Sonics…. You can do better.

We received food. It wasn't what we ordered. After asking them to correct the order it was still wrong so we spent 30min trying to get the correct order and decided to just eat what we were given. So if you just want food and don't care if it's what you actually ordered then this place is for you.
