This was the worst experience! I went through the drive thru the morning of April 12, 2022. I ordered the hotcakes and sausage and when I opened my order it was ICE COLD! Like had not been heated up at all. It felt like it just came from a refrigerator or freezer and someone threw it in a bag and sent it out. The "hotcakes" were solid, ice cold, stiff and stuck together. Nothing was "hot" about those cakes. The sausage was lukewarm because it was sitting on top of frozen cakes. I also had no way to heat it at work so I had to just skip breakfast which was not ideal. I will not be back to this location because I can't say that I am confident that I won't get something that is undercooked or worse.

I bought 2 filet of fish and 2 chicken sandwiches. The fish was fine. The chicken was a joke. I paid close to $4 per sandwich. Unbelievable!! I will never ever buy them again. They were flat and had no real taste. It should have been $1.

One of the best locations in Nashville. Fast, efficient, polite staff especially in the mornings. Usually stocked with whatever you request, even smoothies. Will always be my favorite location.

I stop in this McDonald's every morning and get a Caramel Frappe.. the morning crew during the weekdays is always on it, and super friendly!! Up until a couple months ago, there was a young man working the 2nd window, who was always smiling, super friendly, and always going the extra mile to make customers happy!!
