I arrived at about 10:57 to order lunch. The lady at the drive through said I could not start ordering lunch until 11:05. I got back in line and pulled up at 11:04. She said she still could not take my order for lunch. I circled back around and waited until it was 11:05, at which point she said they weren’t taking any orders for the next 10 minutes. Giving up. 0/5 stars.

My entire order was wrong order a number 1 large with tots and a dirt coke and two Krystal Chicks no pickles got 4 Krystal’s with cheese, a chili cheese tot and a med drink and two Chiken biscuits….., How the non reading a screen and order does this happen? Do you just give me whatever you have? And to boot I returned my food they gave me and I got nothing but a refund for my food that they inputted incorrectly and wasted my lunch break. This is unacceptable service and service not rendered.

Lobby was closed but the drive thru moved quickly enough. Glad they were open because I was in the mood for some Krystals. The fries were the let down but that's kinda usual. Other than that, it was delicious

Work near here and love a good Krystal burger. Unfortunately this location is never serving food. They always have an excuse, changing shift not taking orders. Have you ever heard of a fast food place not taking orders on a regular basis. Today the sign read "no air not taking orders mgt" Honestly it's been this way for the last year and a half. I don't know how they stay in business. Whoever reads this must know exactly what I'm talking about. Get your store in shape. You are losing a lot of business.
