Dining room had been closed due to staff shortage last weekend. Open again this week and we enjoyed 30 fresh cooked sliders. I know why Harold and Kumar love it. Definitely worth a visit.

First time trying White Castle on 06/05/22 around 1:30. The young lady that was the cashier was extremely nice. I’ll give her a 5 star on her services. We ordered the 1921 Sliders but was informed the were out of tomatoes so we were cool with that, asked if we could sub with onions she said they were out but said they had grilled onions and we were cool with that. When informed the lady that was making food (Shift Leader I think) She said “We can’t do that” with a nonchalant attitude. So our sliders were basic. Very disappointing first time. Maybe I’ll try another location next time I’m in town.

Clean place friendly employees small burgers I got to eat like 10 or 12.. hamburgers have holes in them so you're not paying for all the meat I don't know why they do that I think it's so it'll hold the onions or the cheese.. really good friends though as long as they don't recook them.

Watched employee get mad at another customer for reaching around for ketchup due to the fact there was no one at the counter. She walked up snatched the ketchup back an put a tray in front of it glaring at the guy. Why keep the ketchup out of reach when you have to go to a common dispenser to get your soft drink ? Counter gal was extremely rude and certainly didn't care. I know it's hard to get help right now but surely they can do better than this. To use the bathroom you have to evidently ask Ms rude for the code because they put electronic locks on the doors. Going here was a truly sad experience.
