I still haven’t received my deposit back even though I never even moved in. I have called numerous times, gone up to the property leaving my receipt, make, and number. They have not even tried to return the money. The manager won’t return calls and gives false promises. Please do not do business with these thieves, you will regret it.

Don’t ever move here ! I have Maintenance request put in from 7 -10 months ago that have never been seen about or taken care of ! ! They lie ! Lie! Lie! Document everything they ever say because they lie ! They will also falsify your rent ! And post charges out of blew to your account ! You will never receive a key card as well and more than likely they will move you into a damaged unit with many faults and never fix them ! Also the unit they gave me has never had heat or heat fixed ! Nor does the dryer work ! Good luck ! Bc it’s raggedy ! Even the staff is rude

No lie I kinda wish I could afford to live here. They’re not perfect but they’re still pretty damn good. The neighborhood is absolutely fabulous. I know because I walk 7 miles through it everyday to workout. They have a pretty basic fitness center but I go there around 10 almost every night, I clean up the weights and equipment that are left laying around then I workout and it’s a great experience. I moved in with my ex to help her because she had a 2 bedroom apartment and couldn’t afford to eat or even buy toothpaste after bills. the apartment is nice!! They didn’t take that long to fix anything that may have gotten broke. Now that I’m moving out I’m gonna miss this place!
