I had an early appointment time during a weekday and was in and out of this facility. The staff was efficient and friendly. Their online tools could be better and I had to go to another facility the day before to make an appointment, but the Saddleback location was great.

I went in for an MRI. Staff was very friendly. I didn't haver to wait long at all. Technician was very helpful in answering all my questions because I don't like being in enclosed spaces. She put me at ease. I really appreciate that. Thank you!!!

It is this companies greatest honor to waste as much time as they can of their patients. Don’t listen to their phone line- they actually do take appointments. But you definitely won’t be seen on time. I came in on Tuesday for a walk in, they told me it would be a 45 minute wait so I could make an appointment for Wednesday. Great I come in for my appointment on Wednesday at 8 am and after waiting 35 minutes… they told me their machine was broken. I was waiting until after the appointment was over to write the review assuming the x rays would be good but no. Literally do not go here I cannot stress it enough. The staff were very nice, but overall such a frustrating experience, I wish I had been told from the get go that there were issues with the x ray and we could stay and wait for them to trouble shoot or book another time

A little bit of waiting time, but I understand with only one front office person. The technicians were great, to the point, and didn't fuss, overdue it or bother me by asking me if I'm ok in the MRI machine or afterwards :); which thankfully serves the purpose. I would definitely come back via my doctor if another need arises. Overall- Great. Thank you, Rana
