Greenwood Mortuary continues to provide outstanding care, support and services. Our family has had multiple generations entombed or cremated at GMP and the personal care has been consistently reliable, and reassuring. I’ve seen other services touting direct cremation at a percentage of the cost, so I inquired why there’s such a difference in price. I was told Greenwood is the only service our loved one will ever interact with because they own there own crematory. Knowing that our beloved would NOT be passed around from one service picking her up, another service holding her body, another driving her to an available crematory, another service handling her ashes, another service delivering her urn, etc. meant the world to us. Knowing that the ashes we received would be our loved one gives us such comfort.

My wife and I were looking into buying our burial plots, we looked around at different cemeteries and we really liked Greenwood Memorial, we have family friends that have been placed to rest here, so we were familiar with this location. We made and appointment to go in and met with Berenice she was awesome, very customer service oriented and understandable. She gave us a tour of the facility, told us about the park's history, and found us a package that would suit our needs and price point. We are extremely happy with the overall experience, as well as knowing that we chose the perfect final resting place for my wife and I. Today, I had an awesome time. I decided to have peace of mind. For many years I thought about living my daughter with no debt after my passing. Too many times my family have passed a can around to collect for an emergency burial. No more nonsense. I don't want to see my daughter or future grandchildren to go through what is a lack of education. One of the major factors that contributed to this great experience was the person who attended us.
