I've given this place 5 tries. Today was the 5th. Twice I was very impressed. Twice I was okay, not impressed but not incredibly upset enough to make a big deal out of it. Today, though was the most physically painful mani pedi I have ever had. I didn't ask them to fix it because I was afraid of more pain. Nails are unevenly shaped and different lengths. My big toenail is cut as far down as it would go and is super painful. I have the nail polish all over my fingertips. And my pinky nail was cut and filed so short she actually started filing my skin and then said it was because of sensitive skin, which I don't have. Of course because of the wound(it's bleeding) everything else for the rest of my manicure was excruciating. I wish I could post pictures to show how truly bad it looks.

For the amount of money that I pay it’s not worth it. Had the gel nails done but they are full of bubbles. Not good at all good and I do not recommend to go there. They rush to get the job done. Just awful.

I am not one to go on here a write reviews no matter how bad my experience. But this place should not be recommend. I came in for full set and a pedi my nails came out alright but my pedicure was horrible. She was being a little harsh at first but I was able to manage she started cutting my cuticles and starting digging into my toe. It was painful. This was Tuesday and today Saturday my toe still hurts to walk on and work has been hard as well! I just hope it doesn’t get infected and it heals soon! Also they make sure they get their tip no matter how bad they did!

This was probably the best pedicure i have ever had and I have had plenty. Kim did a fantastic job on my toes. Jennifer did my friends pedicure and it was awesome as well. Very thorough not to fast not to slow. Just perfect
