I love it here! Gary the property manager and his staff are top notch! This is my home, I feel safe, I feel taken care of by the staff and maintenance. It is quiet, the grounds are kept up, the communication is wonderful and I love how they have different events to engage the community of renters that live here. It is a delight to live at such a wonderful place.

I am going on year 3 and this is still the only place that feels like home. The neighborhood is safe, the staff is amazing, and has been from day 1! Gary is the property manager and I’m currently without a car! He took a lot of stress off of me by literally coming to my apartment to take the trash bags to the dumpster for me. He’s not afraid to be hands on, such the ideal property manager and I couldn’t ask for a better one! Monique is no longer here but she was amazing, Bianca in the office, and Leo over maintenance are ALL wonderful and have assisted me in some way. Being a mother you strive to provide a safe, clean and healthy environment. Dunwoody Pointe has given me just that! Look no further this place, area, and competitive rental fees you can’t beat!!! Please don’t change the good Dunwoody Pointe! I love my place❤️

Dunwoody Pointe is a quiet, nice and clean place to live. It definitely is nice for the price, units/amenities both. I was in a tough spot when I moved here, and Blanca Allen went way out of her way to help me move in. Whenever an issue needs tending to, either in unit or complex, it is done quickly and effectively. It was a pleasure to work with Blanca, was a great place to live and recommend to anyone!

I spent a long time apartment hunting when I came upon Dunwoody Pointe. My family and I were happy about the amazing prices for decent-sized units in such a great area. The staff in the leasing office have been excellent in making sure I was able to secure a unit here. I would recommend that if you have any questions/concerns that you take them to the assistant community manager, Blanca Allen, as she has been nothing but helpful and accommodating during the application process!
