Worst company for internet service. Ever. It's down at least once a day. These people shouldn't be in business. It's literally a dumpster fire.

Always hidden fees and price hassles. Watch out for your bill every month as those bunch of liars they will rip your money by any way they could. Switch to any other company and save your time and bucket

Can't speak for the whole store, but Josie was a blessing. Took care me quickly and politely and then went the extra mile to make sure I got a deal that had been offered online but not in store. Apparently Cox could use more associates like her.

Employees at the store were fine but Cox policies are complete BS. They had had me return my modem for a replacement and literally gave me an older more obsolete modem. When I asked what/why/how they said their policies changed and I could only have the "new" modem (which I already had been renting for 3 years) if I upgraded my plan and so I had to take the old modem (roughly 8 year old modem). Slow clap for Cox. The woman at the store was nice enough and kind but said "Cox policy won't allow me to let you keep your rental modem, you are required to downgrade".

You should call first
Not sure but I would think so
Sorry I do not know but there are many Cox stores.
I didn't, but it's most likely bills can be paid here.
Depends they usually have specials. But you're looking at for just straight cable somewhere around 80 bucks a month.
It's usually on the top right corner of your bill
Yes, that's exactly what I had to do. I upgraded to the panoramic modem.
