Great for families! Brand new flooring in apartment. Has a dishwasher, fridge and small oven with stove. So much bigger than I thought and clean! I love living here! Donna the apartment manager has been wonderful! I highly recommend if you are low income and need a place in the future. We waited about 7 months on the two bedroom waitlist. It was worth the wait!

Wait list shouldnt be too bad right now so its definitely worth checking out. Contact the landlord Donna and she will tell you all the information you need to know. She is super helpful and nice.

No they do not and the laundry facilities there so so no hot water
Yes they do go by your income Stephanie and they have been cleaned up quite a bit from last management. Even if its not long term that you reside there, you can save up money in the interim.
