If there is EVER any issues with billing or your trash can- you can email/call them and wait 4 days for a resolution, and then somehow it’s your fault they can’t communicate effectively.

I was with another company and pleased for years until GFL bought them out. I was then double billed, then not billed to have the service lapsed, and since received nothing but terrible service. For the second week in a row they have left 1 bag of trash on the curb while moving the trash cans to the opposite side of the drive from where they were previously. So obviously a statement to be made, but for what I'm not sure? You can't call this company. No one picks up and the one time I spoke to a customer rep when I was lucky enough to get through I was greeted with an attitude that belongs in a drive through window somewhere. As a business owner myself, I hate leaving a bad review as I know how unfair reviews can be. Business is already tough enough and I get that! However this company seemingly does not care as they have bought up all of the smaller business and have an apparently majority of the accounts. I'm currently looking for another service provider, regardless of the price.

I use to have Waste Management and love them. In June they sold some of their business to GFL, since then I've had issues. They tried to invoice me twice, had to call to resolve. They took my recycle bin and told me I'd have to pay more for that service then today after I called inwas told my pick day was Tue not Friday as it has been for the 6yrs I've had this service. The lady on the phone was super rude about it, when I asked if I could get a prorated refund for Q4 she said NO they don't offer refunds! I'll be changing service after the first of the year!

Have had to call the office 5weeks in a row. The delivery driver fails to pick up my trash can. One week they stated my can wasn't out side next week my road was to narrow next week the truck couldn't reach my can with the arm. My trash can isn't even 2 ft from the road and stays in the same spot 24/7 worst experience ever. getting tired of having to make weekly calls just for them to send another driver out the next day. So frustrating.
